For organisations

A health day your people will still be using in March.

Every employer has run a one-off screening that was forgotten by the next week. A Muna Health Day screens your people on site, with a clinician in the room, and then the app keeps them coming back every day. You get a picture of your workforce’s health that you have never had, and nobody’s individual results, ever.

Pilots are priced per Health Day. Ask us.

How a Health Day runs

One morning on site. The rest happens on their phones.

01Before

We set your organisation up

Your organisation gets its own code, a QR poster and a message for staff. People install the app from the poster or the message and screen themselves in about five minutes, on their own phone, at their own desk. Nothing to transcribe.

02On the day

A clinician in the room

Our clinical lead examines mouths in the chair, three minutes each, and anyone who wants it gets a word about their result. A table measures blood pressure and weight. Blood work with a partner lab can be added for those who want it.

03After

The habit, and the report

From the next morning the daily round keeps people learning and your organisation has its own league. Care that a score recommends is arranged by the Muna team. You receive the workforce report, and a second one as the months go by.

What you get

A report on your workforce as a whole.

Totals, percentages and trends. Never a name, never a score, never anything that could be traced to a person. Groups under ten people are not reported at all.

The risk mixHow many of your people are healthy, moderate or high risk, and the average score.
What drives itThe share with elevated risk in each domain: oral, cardiovascular, metabolic, wellbeing.
What people carryBleeding gums, tooth loss, time since a dental visit, diabetes and hypertension, smoking, sleep, stress, weight bands.
Daily useHow many people are playing the daily round each week: the number that tells you the habit stuck.
Follow-throughHow many people a score sent to care, and how many went.
Under ten? Nothing.Any group smaller than ten people is left out of the report entirely.
The oral-systemic cross-findingThe share of people with gum-disease indicators and metabolic risk together, the thing only Muna looks for.

Illustrative figures. A real report shows totals only, and nothing at all for any group under ten people.

The difference

The screening is the start. The habit is the product.

Five questions a day, about a minute, with the answer explained every time. Colleagues team up and see who got more right. Your organisation gets its own monthly league. Streaks, levels and achievements, none with cash value, all about learning.

The league shows first names, an initial and the month’s learning points. It never shows a score, an answer or anything about anyone’s health, and anyone can hide from it in Settings.

An organisation's monthly league.
A duel between two colleagues.

The privacy promise

The employer sees the population. The person sees themselves. Nobody sees across.

The full policy your people see is at munahealthtech.com/privacy.

Each person consents for themselves, in the app, in plain language, before any health question is asked. Anyone can decline, or delete everything later from Settings.

You never receive individual data. Not a score, not an answer, not a photograph. The report is totals only, and withholds any group under ten people.

We are regulated as a data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, with a named Data Protection Officer, a written Data Protection Impact Assessment, and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission engaged before our first pilot. We sign data processing terms with you.

Muna is a screening, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. We never tell your people they have a condition. We tell them who to see.

Questions we are asked

Good questions, straight answers.

Which phones does it work on?+

iPhone and Android. Muna is free on the App Store and Google Play, and people install it on their own phone.

Can staff opt out?+

Yes. Each person consents for themselves, in the app, before any health question is asked. Anyone can decline, hide from the league, or delete everything later from Settings.

What happens when someone leaves the organisation?+

Their account and results stay theirs. They leave your organisation’s league and stop counting towards your report.

Who pays for blood tests?+

Your choice. You can set a budget per person for a partner lab, or we offer it to staff at the Muna rate and they pay the lab directly.

Is this a medical service?+

No. Muna is a screening, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. A clinician is in the room on the day, and the app points people to the right care.

What does it cost?+

Pilots are priced per Health Day. Tell us about your organisation below and we’ll send a written proposal.
