If you join our waitlist, we collect the first name and email address you provide. That’s all we collect from this website today.

When the Muna app launches, it will collect the information you choose to provide for a screening, which will include:

• your responses to a health questionnaire (e.g. lifestyle, medical and dental history); and
• intraoral photographs you capture for the screening.

We will present clear, specific consent for this health information inside the app before any of it is collected.

We use your waitlist details only to contact you about Muna: to let you know when early access is available and to share occasional updates about the product.

In the app, your questionnaire responses and photos will be used to generate your personal screening result (your Oral-Systemic Health Risk Score and related guidance) and to help route you to appropriate care.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we continue to improve our safeguards as we build toward launch.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email or hosting providers), and where required by law. At launch, any sharing related to your care will be done with your knowledge.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. You can also ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email the address below.

Muna is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We will update this policy as Muna develops, particularly before the app launches, when it will be expanded to fully cover health data. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
